Extra Services
These are just a few of the services we can offer as part of our pet sitting service and an idea of how long each service will take. We will advise the appropriate service level to accommodate the time needed for any of these tasks

1. Basic grooming (dogs/ cats) 15 min each pet 2. Basic grooming (horses, donkeys) 20 min each pet (must be easy to catch) 3. Removal of droppings from yards/ paddocks (horses, goats etc.) 10 min each pet 4. Putting on, adjusting or taking off rugs (horses, donkeys) 10 min each pet (must be easy to catch) 5. Cage cleaning (small cage)       10 min each cage 6. Cage cleaning (medium cage)    15 min each cage 7. Cage cleaning (large cage)       20 min each cage 8. Extra Play/ Walk time (cats/ dogs) Any time up to one hour 9. Enclosed flight time (indoor cage birds)                   Any time up to one hour (must be easy to catch and/ or return to cage) 10. Garden watering                  Any time up to one hour 11. Other Special Requests As agreed upon during initial consultation

Please note these services are not available on the following public holidays: Christmas day, New Years Day, Good Friday.

Welcome Home Groceries
We can organise a few essential items for your return home to make your welcome that much easier by removing the need to duck down the road for bread and milk after your long and tiring trip.

For a small fee of $3.00 plus the cost of goods purchased on your behalf you can arrive home with nothing more to do than greet your excited pet(s), put the kettle on and put your feet up.

Please note welcome home baskets are not available on the following public holidays: Christmas day, New Years Day, Good Friday.

Standby Key Program
If you are happy with our service and think you may want to use us again you can choose to sign up to our Standby Key Program for just $10 (this option is FREE if you have used our Premium or Platinum Service package for the duration of your trip). This one off sign up fee covers the cost of  secure key storage.

Your key is kept in a safe with no identification attached to it. When you are planing your next trip, you simply give us a call or e-mail, advising us of your departure and return dates and the type of service you require and we do the rest. Provided we are available, we will e-mail or call you with a confirmation of your service order and begin visiting your pets on the designated date.
