You can choose either one visit per day or two, visits are most often conducted in the first half of the morning (7:30 - 10am) and in the evening (4 - 6:30pm) and we try to stick as close as possible to your pets usual feeding times. Visits are tailored to your specific requirements with starting rates as outlined below. We try to accommodate every requirement, so if you need something done that isn’t listed, please ask.

Special Discounts apply for extended assignments (11 days or more) and for OAPs.

Service levels:
Basic 1 visit, Basic 2 visits, Standard 1 visit, Standard 2 visits, Deluxe 1 visit, Deluxe 2 visits, Premium 1 visit,  Premium 2 visits, Platinum 2 visits.

All service levels include the care of up to four (4) pets*. Extra pets are charged at $4 per pet per visit except fish which are FREE when included in a household of other pets.
* If multiple small animals marked with a * occupy the same cage/ tank/ enclosure these are counted as only one (1) pet.

Most types of pet can be catered for.
If groups of pets require only minimal care e.g. only checking water and a general health check for a number of animals at pasture and no feeding or poop scooping, these may be counted as only one pet on a case by case basis.

Basic Service 1 visit/ day             Price: $16 per day
Total time of call around 15 minutes
Suitable only for pets requiring minimal care and contact time e.g. very timid cats, fish, rats/mice/rabbits, birds, horses etc.
PLEASE NOTE This service NOT available for dogs as we believe dogs require at least 30 minutes of interaction daily.

If we do not believe we can cater to your pets needs in this timeframe we reserve the right to refuse this service level..

Standard Service 1 visit/ day        Price: $22 per day
Total time of call around 30 minutes
